  2. connect with people that have gone through similar experiences in the past

  3. give advice to people who are currently going through similar experiences that you came out of

who can join the forum?

  1. people who are open talking about their mental health journey 

  2. people who want to share their journey to others battling similar experiences

  3. people looking forward to connect with like minded people who have been through a similar experience in the past

management positions involve being a part of the core of inner conversations. we look supervising all work and managing volunteers. 

graphic design head: make posts for instagram, website changes, posters for events, etc. 

research head: research on events that could be conducted, where they could be conducted, who they could be conducted for, etc. 

editorial head: curate content for all information that goes up in newsletters, instagram posts, emails for collabs, etc. 

outreach and marketing head: looking at expanding our network through social, bringing in volunteers, spreading awareness about our events, etc. 

as a volunteer you would have opportunities to 

  1. participate in our events and workshops 

  2. help out team heads 

as one of our goals, we aim to expand inner conversations to unprivileged parts of the world. this can include government schools, NGOs, villages, etc. this area doesn't have to be limited to a place in bangalore!
